Two people, foreign workers, were killed and a Libyan national injured in Khalifa Haftar militias’ rocket attack on Mitiga roundabout on Monday.
According to the Burkan Al-Ghadab Operation’s media office, Haftar’s militias had targeted civilian neighborhoods in the vicinity of Mitiga Airport, damaging several houses and cars in the neighborhood of Awlad Diyab.
The media office added that the repeated attacks on civilian neighborhoods by Haftar’s militias are violations of the humanitarian truce that has been observed by Haftar.
In the meantime, a woman and her nephew have been killed as a rocket fired by Haftar’s militias has fallen on their house in Kihili area in Ain Zara, southern Tripoli, according to Health Ministry media adviser Ameen Al-Hashimi, thus bringing the total of deaths to four.
