Libya’s Coronavirus cases reach 544 nationwide

The Libyan National Center for Disease Control said it had registered Saturday 24 new Covid-19 cases after running tests on 950 samples in Tripoli, Benghazi, Sabha, Zlitin, and Gharyan.

The Libyan National Center for Disease Control said 10 out of the 24 cases are new, while 13 others are for people who contacted previous cases coming from south Libya, adding that 15 Covid-19 patients recovered on Saturday.

Libya has now 544 Coronavirus cases – 436 of whom are active, 98 cases have recovered and 10 cases have died, according to the National Center for Disease Control.
