The National Oil Corporation (NOC)signed a memorandum of understanding with the Norwegian company “Equanor” to evaluate oil potentials in offshore areas.
The memorandum of understanding, which was signed at the NOC headquarters in Tripoli, included training young national personnel working in the oil sector.
