The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the launch of the “Arab Youth Capital 2024” activities in the city of Tripoli, which is held under the slogan “Youth as the guarantee of the present and the future.”
According to the Ministry’s statement, the event will be held during the period from May 31 to June 4, 2024, with broad participation from youth ministries from 9 Arab countries and delegations representing the Arab youth sector, in addition to an honorary attendance at the celebration by representatives of the Palestinian Supreme Council for Youth.
According to the Ministry, the activities aim to enhance the role of Arab youth in sustainable development, enhance communication and cooperation between Arab youth from different countries, and highlight Libya’s culture and ancient history.
Many diverse activities will be held during the event, the most prominent of which is the “From the Ocean to the Gulf” event and the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Arab Union of Arab Youth Hostel Associations.
