Al-Namroush: Haftar won’t accept peace outcomes of Libya’s political dialogue

The Libyan Defense Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA), Salah Al-Namroush, has reiterated that Khalifa Haftar isn’t going to accept the outcomes of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, which aims for prevailing peace in the war-torn country.

Al-Namroush told Libya Alahrar TV on Wednesday that Haftar “has always been a hindering party to peaceful solutions to the Libyan crisis,” adding that the Defense Ministry of the GNA would welcome any initiative that could end war and conflicts in Libya.

The Defense Minister of the Libyan GNA added in his statements to Libya Alahrar TV that they had never been advocates for war in the country, adding that they will be always ready to side with any peaceful solutions that end the suffering of the people and bring Libya back to stability and security.
