The writer and former information minister, Yousef Al-Sherif, called for prosecuting the House of Representatives (HoR)’s head, Aguila Saleh, for obstructing the parliamentary session granting confidence to the new government.
Al-Sherif added that Saleh had put a spoke in wheel by monopolizing power and excluding the (HoR) representatives. “This is not a parliament; prosecute Aguila,” he stated on his Facebook page.
Saleh had called for an HoR session on March 8th in Sirte to discuss granting confidence to the Government of National Unity (GNU) but on the condition that the session is secured by (5+5) committee.
