Ceasefire agreement terms say there’s no military solution in Libya

Libya Alahrar obtained a copy of the ceasefire agreement which was signed by the Government of National Accord (GNA) in Moscow.

The terms of the agreement include confirmation that all parties commit to the sovereignty of Libya and that there is not military solution in Libya.

The agreement called for ensuring consolidating the ceasefire and specifying lines of battle of contact among the fighting parties, in addition to ensuring delivery of humanitarian assistance to all the people in need in the country.

It added that all parties should take the necessary measures to stabilize Tripoli and allow people to lead a normal life in Tripoli and other area.

The ceasefire agreement also says that there will be a 5+5 military commission in Libya to monitor the ceasefire.
