Central Bank of Libya to implement cash orders for government work, Governor says

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir said in a meeting with the Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah that the CBL will implement the cash orders in chapters (1,2 and 4) of the budget to facilitate the government and administrative work as well as provide services to the people.

Al-Kabir and Dbeibah reviewed the most important observations of the CBL, according to the monthly report issued by the CBL, which aims at disclosure, transparency and clarification of all government expenditures.

According to the media office of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Dbiebah stressed the need to increase disclosure and transparency in all expenditures and for commitment to implement basic services for Libyans.

Dbeibah also reaffirmed the role of the CBL as the economic advisor to the state and to contribute to solving all the problems and difficulties facing the government in order to provide services to all Libyan regions without exception.
