Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdulhamid Dbeibah, discussed the development plan of the National Oil Company (NOC) and its subsidiaries during his meeting with the head of the NOC, Farhat Bengadara.
While presenting an executive summary on daily oil and gas production and the progress of development projects to increase production, Bengadara confirmed that the main goal is to increase production to two million barrels per day.
Dbeibah stressed the need to adhere to project timetables, provide financial flows to achieve the goal of increasing production, and disclose all contracts and procedures taken by the NOC and its subsidiaries to the public and the relevant institutions.
