Dbeibah selects 27 ministers, 6 state ministers for Libya’s GNU

The Prime Minister-elect of the new Libyan executive authority, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, has submitted the names of 27 ministers and 6 state ministers of the Government of National Unity (GNU) to the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Aqila Saleh, for confidence.

The spokesman for the Libyan GNU said Thursday that the cabinet formation was sent to the HoR Speaker in Tobruk and the names would be later published.

GNU’s media office said submitting the cabinet formation was part of the commitment to the roadmap of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) and the HoR intention to hold a session on March 08 to carry out a vote of confidence in Sirte.
