Derna: A month into the unspeakable disaster

October 11th marked a month since Storm Daniel has hit Derna city in eastern Libya, rupturing its two man-neglected dams and unleashing floodwater never seen in the history of the coastal city, taking the lives of thousands and destroying nearly a quarter of the city’s neighborhoods.
