The Italian Foreign Minister, Luigi Di Maio, said it is necessary for Rome to protect the outcomes of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) from local and foreign interventions.
These remarks came while Di Maio was visiting Jordan to meet with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Al-Safadi on Sunday.
Di Maio added, according to Aki news agency, that the meeting in Amman discussed regional issues, stressing that “there’s an understanding between Italy and Jordan on many issues in the region.”
