Diplomatic sources have told Anadolu Agency that Russia is blocking the issuing of a Security Council resolution that adopts the conclusions of the Berlin conference, which were reached in January.
Meanwhile, the President of the Security Council said there would be on Wednesday a resolution issued by the council to adopt the conclusions of the Berlin conference.
This comes after the UK has sent the Security Council a draft resolution calling for withdrawing foreign mercenaries from the ongoing war in Libya.
