Erdogan: I won’t sit and watch the military conflict in Libya

The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that he won’t remain silent or sit and watch what is happening in Libya, adding that he will continue to support Libya as he did in Syria before.

On the Turkish channel, TRT, Erdogan accused Egypt, UAE, Italy, France, and Russia – through Russian Wagner Group mercenaries who are fighting for Khalifa Haftar, of being behind the ongoing conflict in Libya.

Erdogan added that Haftar isn’t legitimate and there are some parties striving to give him legitimacy, confirming that Fayez Al-Sarraj is the legitimate leader in Libya.
