First batch of Coronavirus vaccines arrives in Libya

The member of the Libyan anti-Coronavirus Advisory Scientific Committee, Hisham Bin Masoud, told Libya Alahrar TV that the first batch of Coronavirus vaccines arrived in Libya.

Bin Masoud told Libya Alahrar TV on Saturday that the vaccination will begin after the rest of the vaccine doses arrive in Libya, adding that distributing the vaccines to vaccination centers will be done by the National Center for Disease Control.

Bin Masoud indicated that the number of people registering on the website for vaccination is very low as only 400.000 people have registered out of the targeted three million Libyans.
