The Greek Prime Minister’s National Security Adviser, Thanos Dokos, said it was wrong that Greece had supported Khalifa Haftar since the start of the conflict in Libya, saying Haftar will disappear from the political scene in the coming days.
The Greek National Security Adviser added that some countries had been seeing Haftar’s military might shrink and his forces get defeated, referring to the the defeat of Haftar’s militias in western Libya by the Government of National Accord forces.
The National Security Adviser Thanos Dokos added that some countries also see Haftar as a losing party now in the conflict, reiterating that Greece has gone for the wrong path in Libya’s crisis.
