The commander of the aggression on Tripoli, Khalifa Haftar, has called for all the help he could get from Arab countries to confront the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Libya, using in his televised speech all the nationalistic rhetoric he could recall.
Haftar also declared a new (fifth) Zero Hour for his forces to enter Tripoli after failing in the last four Zero Hours since April 04.
This development comes after the Turkish Parliament has passed a bill that allows Ankara to send troops to Libya to back up the legitimate Government of National Accord in Libya as per a security and military MoU signed by the two countries.
