Khalifa Haftar has given the authority of command of some of its militias to the General Staff under Abdelrazik Al-Nathori.
The decision included Karama Major Operations Room, all military zones, all security rooms. They have all become under the command of Al-Nathori.
In mid-June, Haftar reformed the main operations room of his militias and appointed new officers to be able to manage the battle changes.
These changes came after Haftar’s militias had been defeated in Tripoli and western Libya, especially in Tarhouna.
