The Defense and National Security Committee of the House of Representatives (HoR) has condemned the crimes committed by Khalifa Haftar’s militias against Libyan people in south Tripoli and Tarhouna.
The Committee said in a statement that the crimes, mass raves and shelling of civilians in addition to the burying of people alive in Tarhouna and elsewhere are all evidence of the atrocious nature of those militias.
The statement called on the security and judicial apparatuses to take the needed legal actions to bring the perpetrators to justice.
The HoR’s Committee, which is based in Tripoli, held the international community and the International Community responsible for bringing to justice the perpetrators.
