Libyan PM meets with Italian counterpart in Tripoli

The Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, has arrived in Libyan capital, Tripoli this morning. Meloni was received Tuesday by her counterpart Abdul Hamid Dbeibah.

Dbeibah and Meloni discussed a number of issues of joint interest and at the end of their meeting, three agreements were signed by Italian and Libyan Ministers in the fields of health, university research and youth and sports.

According to Italian Nova News Agency, Meloni left Tripoli to Benghazi to meet with Khalifa Haftar and discuss more cooperation with all Libyan parties.
