The Italian Foreign Minister Luigi di Maio welcomed on Wednesday the announcement of reopening oil ports and fields in Libya.
Di Maio indicated that Italy considers the reopening of oil a rational decision and a necessary step as it isn’t possible to keep Libyans suffering due to the blockade on production and exports.
The Italian Foreign Minister stressed that his country will continue to support Libya as per the Berlin conference conclusions.
