The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) has once again postponed the approval of 2021 budget bill, saying the delay comes at the request of the Government of National Unity which wants to make more amendments to the bill.
The spokesman for the HoR, Abdullah Bliheq, said a budget for Haftar’s armed forces will be added to the budget bill of the government and then will be discussed for approval in an upcoming session at the HoR.
The HoR session on Monday discussed the elections legislation and the conditions for the presidential candidacy.
