Libyan PM denies halting youths’ housing loans

“The rumors are false and the circulated decision on media was just a regulatory measure.” Dbeibah said, adding that the decision didn’t pertain to the first phase as the Savings Bank has funds to cover it, but the new measure pertains to the second phase, whis hasn’t been announced yet.

A decision signed by Dbeibah was circulated on social media asking for the scrapping of the funding for the youths’ housing loans.
