The Libyan High Council of State (HCS) has approved the constitution referendum legislation that was devised by the House of Representatives (HoR) and sent to the High National Elections Commission (HNEC).
The HCS said in a session assigned for voting on the legislation that the HNEC should start the constitution referendum process as per the law.
