The Government of National Unity “(GNU) denied on Facebook on Tuesday news about a communication between Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbiebah and Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov for opening channels of contact with Russia.
Hokoometna Facebook page said there was a financed campaign aimed at spreading rumors in order to strike confusion within the public opinion and mislead the people.
In the meantime, Africa Intelligence website reported that Dbiebah had opened contact channels with Kadyrov to establish a private guard apparatus and train Libyan military forces in Chechnya.
