The newly elected Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, discussed in a meeting with a number of Tobruk-based House of Representatives’ (HoR) members holding a full-quorum session in the coming days, Menfi’s media office said in a statement.
The media office added that Menfi had discussed with the HoR members the necessary arrangements for voting on granting the interim government confidence once it would be presented by the newly elected Prime Minister, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, so it can start its work leading to December elections.
