The Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, met Friday with the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in Istanbul on the margin of Turkish-African Partnership Summit, according to Libya Al-Akhbariya on Twitter.
During the summit, the Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Mangoush, met with the Tunisian Foreign Minister, discussing bilateral relations and ways of improving them.
The meeting between the two foreign ministers also discussed the latest developments on the electoral process in Libya.
