The mayor of Souq Al-Jumua Hisham bin Yousif has told Libya Alahrar TV that some of the areas ion the municipality have been hit by mortars fired by Khalifa Haftar’s forces, causing damage to houses and properties of several residents.
Meanwhile, the chief of Sherfat Al-Mallaha neighborhood at the Sooq Al-Jumua municipality Othman Zarti said the residents of the neighborhood left their houses fearing the random shelling carried out by Haftar’s forces, who fired over 40 shells on the municipality.
