PM Dbeibah discusses holding Libyan elections with Qatar’s Emir in Doha

The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has met with the Qatari Emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in Doha to discuss support for international efforts pushing for holding elections in Libya.

The Government of National Unity’s Hokometna platform said the meeting was attended by the Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Mangoush, Governor of Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, and a number of ministers.

The platform added that the two sides reviewed in Doha the fact that elections are the only way for reaching stability in Libya, reiterating rejection to the transitional phases.
