Protesters took to public squares and streets in Benghazi on Thursday and Friday and called on all east-based authorities to resign as they weren’t able to provide basic services for the people.
The protesters gathered in public areas in Benghazi and issued a statement saying they had enough of poor services and terrible living conditions under the current corrupt authorities, according to their statement.
“We want social justice and decent lives which thousands of martyrs sacrificed for.” The statement reads.
They called on all authorities and officials to step down as they couldn’t provide the needed services to the people and urged for replacing them with qualified personalities.
