The Speaker for the House of Representatives (HoR) Aqila Saleh has reiterated his full support for the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) and stressed it crucial role in the upcoming period leading to general elections next December.
The remarks came in a meeting between Saleh and the Head of the HNEC, Emad Al-Sayeh, in Al-Qubba town in eastern Libya, where the two officials discussed the upcoming elections.
Al-Sayeh discussed with Saleh the technical and logistical preparations by the HNEC for the December 24th general elections with the full operational capabilities of the HNEC staffers.
