The Sirte-Jufra Operations Room has confirmed that it operates under the command of the Chief Commander of the Libyan Army of the Government of National Accord (GNA) Fayez Al-Srraj and it implements the orders of the Defense Ministry and the General Staff.
The room rejected Sunday in a statement plunging it in political disputes and personal feuds by political bodies or regional entities.
The room also said its forces’ sacrifices won’t be a bargaining chip for political disputes and gains, calling for protection of the state of Libya and for fulfilling the promises made to the martyrs who sacrificed for a civilian, democratic country.
