Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mavlut Çavuşoğlu said Khalifa Haftar doesn’t want agreements but he wants everything by military force.
“We noticed Russia was angry with Haftar’s withdrawal from Moscow talks without giving alternatives.” The Turkish Foreign Minister added on Wednesday.
He added that Ankara told Russia of its objection to the participation of Egypt and UAE’s representatives in the ceasefire talks held in Moscow on Monday.
“Abu Dhabi acted hostile in not reaching an agreement on ceasefire in Libya.” Çavuşoğlu explained.
He added that Qatar should be invited to Berlin conference because the UAE was invited despite having no borders with Libya.
