The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) KArim Khan, has met with Khalifa Haftar, who is accused inside and outside Libya of committing war crimes or ordering the execution of offensives on civilians across Libya, in Benghazi before the former briefs the Security Council on his visit to Libya.
Before meeting with Haftar, Khan arrived in Tripoli and met with the government and presidential council officials, and then he visited Tarhouna city to see firsthand the mass graves and crimes committed in that city.
The ICC Prosecutor, according to a tweet by the ICC, is going to brief the UN Security Council on the situation in Libya, live from Tripoli.
