The ambassador of the United States to Libya Richard Norland has confirmed that there are at least 2000 mercenaries from Russian Wagner Group in Libya, adding that this is disrespectful to Libya’s sovereignty.
The US ambassador to Libya added on Saturday that Khalifa Haftar’s influence is being decrease every day he continues his Tripoli offensive.
“The countries supporting Haftar started to realize that their aims of fighting terrorism are being undermined by Haftar’s offensive on Tripoli.” Norland added.
