The Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC) has postponed publishing the final lists of presidential candidates, citing the need to conduct legal and judicial measures.
The HNEC is supposed to publish the lists on December 11, knowing that presidential elections are slated for December 24.
According to the HNEC, explained that it would take some legal and judicial measures after communicating with the Supreme Judicial Council and committee formed by the House of Representatives (HoR) before announcing the final lists of presidential candidates.
