The Libyan Interior Minister, Khalid Mazen, said they are preparing for the second phase of commitment to the electoral process, adding in a joint press conference with the Prime Minister-designate, Ramadan Abujanah, that all things are going well as planned.
Abujanah, who is acting after Prime Minister as Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah ran for presidential elections, said the Government of National Unity supported the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) to conduct credible and transparent elections.
He said the Government of National Unity is going to hand over power to an elected government after elections that are sup[posed to be held on December 24.
