The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday that he believed that Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin would take positive measures regarding the role of Wagner Group mercenaries in Libya as he received from him positive remarks.
Anadolu Agency reported Erdogan as saying, after returning from Moscow, that he was waiting for reaching a solution in Libya with Putin just like they did regarding Idlib.
Erdogan also described Khalifa Haftar’s stance as “lacking accord” and that it isn’t acceptable for all as he keeps working on fueling the war and doesn’t commit to his words or promises.
