Abousta confirmed the chamber’s role in supporting and enhancing private sector activity, holding periodic meetings with business owners and companies dealing in both countries to identify difficulties and obstacles facing commercial activities and services movement, and working to address them in coordination with relevant authorities.

Abousta also pointed out that a meeting will be arranged during the coming period in Tripoli to discuss the situation of Libyan companies operating on imports from Italy and problems facing businessmen in transporting goods through Italian ports.
