The Minister of Transport in the Government of National Unity, Mohammed Al-Shahoubi, called for the lifting of the air embargo on Libyan aircraft and the return of direct flights between Libya and Germany.
This came during his meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Germany to Libya, Ralph Tarraf, where they reviewed several topics of common interest to develop cooperation between the two countries.
Al-Shahoubi also called for activating cooperation between the two countries and for German companies to return to work in Libya.
For his part, the German ambassador expressed his readiness to cooperate in all fields to strengthen relations between the two countries, according to the ministry.
