Libya to launch in May first e-government platform

The Government of National Unity (GNU) announced that the launching of the “Dawlati” platform (e-government) for electronic services will be on 01 May.

The GNU has added that the platform aims to help citizens submit and obtain a variety of official documents electronically within the government’s plan for digital transformation. It has also applauy the contribution of the Libyan Telecommunications Holding Company in this project.

According to the GNU, “Dawlati” service centers are set to be opened in all Libyan cities inside the Libya Post Company’s locations across the country. 

GNU’s Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, visited Monday the first Dawlati center in Tripoli and viewed the final preparations for launching the platform.
