The Libyan General Authority for Searching and Identification of the Missing said it had discovered a new mass grave in Tarhouna.
The General Authority didn’t specify the number of the bodies recovered from the mass grave, adding that 10 mass graves had been discovered so far this month with 50 bodies recovered from them.
35 bodies had been found in seven different locations at the public landfill in Tarhouna city earlier this week.
The General Authority confirmed that the bodies were discovered in five mass graves and two individual ones, adding that over 245 fields had been combed thoroughly in the city for that purpose.
