The media office of Burkan Al-Ghadab (Volcano of Rage) Operation of the Government of National Accord (GNA) has confirmed that foreign drones backing up Khalifa Haftar’s forces have carried out two airstrikes on residential neighborhoods in Zliten city.
The Head of the media office of Zliten municipality, Ibrahim Al-Sari, told Libya Alahrar TV on Saturday that one of the two strikes hit locations near the Educational Hospital, leaving the patients and personnel in a state of panic.
In the meantime, the municipality of Zliten had condemned the airstrikes carried out by Haftar’s warplanes over the last two days on different locations in the city causing fear and panic among civilians.
