The Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres has urged the Libyan parties to engage in a dialogue of good intention to resolve the political, economic and military issues.
In a joint presser with the German Chancellor, UN envoy to Libya and the German Foreign Minister, Guterres added that all people directly or indirectly involved in the conflict in Libya should exert more efforts to end hostilities, saying thee can be no military solution to the crisis in Libya.
“We welcome the ceasefire that was proposed by Turkey and Russia and we will work together to boost the arrangements for the ceasefire consolidation.” He added.
