Recalling the sacrifices of the founding fathers… Al-Haddad calls for unifying the army

Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Haddad, stressed the necessity of unifying the military institution, to ensure the country’s unity and stability.

This came during his speech on the occasion of the graduation of a number of personnel in the specialized courses, which was held on the sidelines of the commemoration of the 72nd anniversary of Libya’s independence.

Al-Haddad explained that the unstable situation in the country requires members of the military establishment to move forward in building their institution and confront strife and division.

Al-Haddad continued that colonialism is still lurking in Libya reiterating that unity is necessary to ensure the country’s unity and stability.

The Chief of General Staff said that Libya must be preserved, and its independence must be preserved, recalling the sacrifices of the founding fathers to gain the independence of the Libyan nation.
