The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, received a congratulatory letter from the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, on the occasion of Libya’s independence day.
Biden congratulated Menfi, wishing progress, prosperity and peace for Libya and its people.
Menfi was also congratulated through a telegram by the King of the United Kingdom on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Libya’s independence, expressing the depth of the close and historical relations that bind the two nations.
King Charles stressed the constant and shared keenness to strengthen relations and advance existing cooperation between the two countries at all levels.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also wished peace and prosperity for Libya and its people in a congratulatory message to the President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi.
