The Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Mangoush, has revealed that groups of foreign fighters have left Libya, adding that the Libyan authorities are looking for ways to get more to leave the country.
The Libyan Foreign Minister added on Sunday in a news conference in Kuwait that Libya was still seeking a larger and comprehensive organization for the exit of mercenaries.
