The Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres has said in his message to the Libyan Political Dialogue participants that the future of Libya is on their hands, urging them to make consensual decisions.
The UN Secretary General added Monday at the opening of the Libyan Political Dialogue that the international community should provide the necessary support for the outcomes of this dialogue in Tunisia.
Guterres indicated that all Libyan parties should make concessions in order for their country to reach a solution that leads to stability and security.
In the meantime, the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum has kick-started in Tunis in the presence of 75 Libyan participants, foreign stakeholders and the UN acting envoy Stephanie Williams as well as the Tunisian President.
