The HRS added in a statement that from January to March 2020, 236 civilian casualties have been documented – 91% of them were caused by Haftar militias’ shelling on Tripoli and its suburbs.

It added that the number of children casualties is very high compared to last year which saw 65 casualties around 12 months, 42 of whom were in the last quarter of 2019.

HRS said in total, 599 people were victims of the last three months’ attacks by Haftar’s militias, including deaths, injuries and detainees as well as captives across the country.
