Libya’s Disease Control Center says two suspected Coronavirus cases have tested negative

The Libyan National Center for Disease Control has confirmed that two suspected Coronavirus cases have tested negative in Tripoli.

The Disease Control Center added in a statement that the two cases were in Abu Sitta and Tripoli hospitals, the last being transferred from Al-Khaliki clinic.

The Libyan Health Ministry is working around the clock to put in place vital preventive measures to prevent outbreak of Coronavirus in Libya by importing 150 ventilators as well as preparing quarantine locations across the country.

Meanwhile, the Libyan Foreign Ministry said Sunday that China had agreed to provide Libya with five experts to communicate with the Disease Control Center for Coronavirus concerns.
